Full Job Description
I am looking for a support worker for 4 hours per week to help take me out into the community to complete a variety of different activities. I can struggle to access community settings due to having autism and a learning disability, I would like someone who I can trust to support me to do this safely. About me I live in Felixstowe with my Mum. My Dad lives in Ipswich, and I spend 3 nights per week there. I am a cheerful cheeky chap! I am autistic and have global developmental delay, interior ventricular haemorrhage and left moderate hearing loss. I have Exotropia and Nystagmus, I am prescribed glasses, but I don't wear them, I would prefer to spin or break them. I am a visual learner and love sensory input. I go to a specialist school in Ipswich and have an Education, Health, Care Plan (EHCP).,
