Full Job Description
We are looking for experienced Support Worker to join a service located in Lymington, supporting adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, elderly care, dementia and physical disabilities This role is suitable for candidates commuting from the local area as public transport is limited to this service As an experienced Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care while working closely with colleagues to maintain a supportive and professional team culture. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of clinical practice, safeguarding, and compliance, while working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver care in line with service values and evidence-based practice.
Please note: We do not hold licences to support overseas candidates. You must have 1 years experience as a Support Worker.,
