Full Job Description

  • Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting adults aged 18 to 60 with a wide range of support needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities. We value independence, developing new skills, and enjoying meaningful experiences in our local community and beyond.
  • We enjoy going out for meals, visiting the pub, doing arts and crafts, exploring new places, and taking part in volunteering opportunities such as large sporting events. At home, we spend time together in our communal lounge watching films, listening to music, and socialising. Every day is different, so staff need to be adaptable, positive, and ready for a variety of activities. Our Shifts: 8am-8pm or 8am-10pm, plus sleep in shifts, you must be able to do sleeps Contract: 4 x Part time positions Driving License: No What you will be doing You'll be supporting individuals with: + Personal care, including medication and health support + Meal preparation and assistance + Leisure and recreational activities + Domestic help + Community engagement + Maintaining relationships with family and friends + Moving and positioning + Helping with challenging behaviour
