Full Job Description

- Build independence and life skills
- Access the community and take part in meaningful activities
- Develop communication and emotional regulation skills
- Achieve personal goals and celebrate success You'll also support with daily living tasks such as cooking, personal care, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment., Some of the individuals we support may express behaviours that challenge. These behaviours are often a form of communication, especially when someone is feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unable to express their needs in other ways. You will be supported with:
- Specialist training in positive behaviour support
- Clear guidance and structured support plans
- Ongoing coaching from experienced leaders We don't expect you to have all the answers - we will help you learn, build confidence, and succeed.

- Resilient and able to stay calm under pressure
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and inclusion Experience in care is welcome, but not essential - full training will be provided.
