Full Job Description

You'll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our service in Maiden Bradley to thrive and live as independently as possible. You'll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, You'll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.Your role:

  • Provide person-centred support and personal care
  • Encourage activities and meaningful experiences
  • Support communication in a way that works for them
  • Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
  • Promote independence, safety, and wellbeing

  • A Full UK driving licence (due to rural location)
  • 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
