About the Role
I am a young girl living with my Parents in our family home, in Kirkby-In-Ashfield. I was born with Exomphalos Major; which is a type of abdominal wall defect, and a congenital heart disorder, which affects the way my heart works. I am also dependent on a ventilator via tracheostomy at night, and at times require suction to remove my secretions, medication via NG Tube and/or nebuliser, and overnight feeds via NG Tube.
I require support to help me live life to the full, and learn about the World around me as I grow. I like my life to be fulfilled and busy; I learn through play activities and love going out and about. I enjoy going out to parks, into the local community, and participating in activities that make me happy. I love animals; we have dogs at home, and I love to play with them.

I am looking to recruit one or more Bank Waking Night Support Workers who can support me throughout the night with clinical tasks such as suction, nebuliser, ventilation, and medication, as well as personal care. You will need to be enthusiastic and inspiring to bring energy into my life. You must also demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity, promoting my independence and respecting my home.
