Summary

We're looking for caring, committed individuals to support people with learning disabilities within our one of our complex services. You'll help with daily tasks, personal care, medication, and activities-making a real difference every day.

You must hold a UK driving licence.
Qualities and Skills Required:
- Relationship Building: Essential for gaining the trust of the people we support, establishing open communication, and building lasting relationships.
- Patience and Understanding: Important for navigating challenging situations effectively.
- Conflict-Resolution Techniques: Necessary for managing and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.
- UK driving licence required.
What we're looking for:
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
- People who enjoy interactivity with the people we support.
Contract options:
- 37.5 hours
- Various part time hours available
Shifts:
- Days: Varied shifts between 07:00-22:00 (rota basis, must be flexible to do sleep ins)
- Waking Nights - 22:00-08:00
- Sleep ins required on days and paid at a flat rate of £64.20
- Must be flexible to cover weekends on a rota basis
