As a Support Worker, you will be an integral part of a warm, friendly team, dedicated to delivering individualised care. Your role will involve supporting individuals in their homes and helping them engage with the local community, including daily activities, appointments, and personal care., As a Support Worker with Autism Together, your day-to-day will be dynamic and deeply rewarding. You'll work within a supportive team to empower autistic individuals, helping them navigate daily life and achieve their personal goals. This involves creating and implementing personalised care plans, assisting with activities from personal care at home to appointments and community outings. This role is perfect for someone with empathy and a desire to help others grow. You'll build meaningful relationships and see the direct impact of your work.
