Full Job Description

  • Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for 3 individuals with support needs, our ages range from 44 to 51.
    • Our Support Needs & Challenges. We require support in certain areas due to having a learning disability, we have staff who are all trained and familiar with supporting someone with similar needs and who can attend to our personal care needs Our Shifts: 8am till 8pm Shift Requirement: Days only Contract: 1 x 24 hours per week UK Driving License Required? Yes - Essential What You'll Be Doing You'll be supporting 3 individuals to live their daily life in the way they wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including: + Supporting with personal care + Medication Administration + Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management + Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and try some new things!
