Support Worker

Support Worker, Tunbridge Wells, TN3. £18.50-£20.00 gross per hour. Flexible part-time role supporting a bright, active and engaging 5-year-old boy with cerebral palsy.

  • Job Title: Support Worker
  • Pay: £18.50 gross per hour weekdays | £20.00 gross per hour weekends
  • Location: Tunbridge Wells, TN3
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Hours and Days of Work: Two weekday after-school shifts, 2.30pm-8.30pm (days mutually agreed), plus one weekend shift: Saturday 9.30am-3.30pm or Sunday 8.30am-2.30pm. Optional additional school holiday hours available
  • Essential Experience: Professional childcare experience
  • Desirable: Experience supporting children with additional needs and/or physical disabilities
  • Driver Required: Yes - own car essential for travelling to and from the family home. Automatic WAV available while on duty

Andrew, 5, is a fun-loving, inquisitive and sociable boy who enjoys swimming, reading, music, arts and crafts and imaginative play. He has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair and walker.
