- Acting as a key worker and helping young people reach their goals
- Promoting emotional wellbeing, education, and independence
- Supporting young people in daily routines, activities, and personal development
- Contributing to care plans, reviews, and documentation
- Upholding safeguarding responsibilities and reporting concerns
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within the home

- Ability to build positive relationships with young people, colleagues, and professionals

- Level 3 in Residential Childcare, or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Understanding of child development and trauma-informed practice, Teamwork CommunicationEmpathyPaperwork and Record KeepingExperience working with vulnerable people

A Support Worker at Crystal Care Solutions are based in our Care Leaving / Supported Accommodation homes working a 2 on 4 off shift system with sleep-ins, plus additional periodic shifts to cover holidays, training etc, to equal a average 40 hour contract.
