Support WorkerPay rate: Weekdays £14.00 days, and Weekdays Nights £14.50, Weekend Nights & Days £14.50Contract: 1 x 36hrs on both days and waking nights (Monday to Sunday)We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated female support worker to assist a gentleman in his late 30s who is living with a spinal injury and is paralysed from the chest down. He is a clear communicator and uses an eye-gaze device for typing emails and messages. Full support is required with all aspects of daily living, including personal care and bowel management.You will be working in a well-adapted home where he lives with his wife and their 8-month-old baby. They are a fun-loving family with a great sense of humour who enjoy spending quality time together. They also have a passion for hobbies such as shooting and visiting local attractions.Responsibilities:Providing high-quality 1:1 support tailored to individual needs.Supporting with all aspects of daily living, including personal care and bowel care
