Support Worker

support to Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children, and Care Experienced young people in Wiltshire. This is a full-time position, working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekend working to meet the needs of the service. • You will assist the Managers with the oversight of homes, leading on support and safety.
• You will be a role model and leader to the wider team, continually pushing for the highest standards for our residents, the
service and the Charity.
• Your support will be trauma-informed. You will understand people's backgrounds and champion diversity and inclusion.
• There is so much variety. You could be helping someone move and settle into their new home, safety planning to reduce harm,
helping someone secure their desired job or secure the place on the training course they have aspired to, support with independent living skills, and obtain refugee status. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be patient, kind, resilient, professional, with a calm and caring approach. Due to the locations of our properties, you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
