Full Job Description
We are looking for a support worker to join an established team supporting our teenage twin girls. The role is to predominately provide cover for our existing team. The girls attend mainstream school and are very typical teenagers who happen to have a physical disability. They require support to allow them to access the community as independently as possible. Support Required
- Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Supporting mobility (including manual handling). Full training will be given
- Encouraging participation in hobbies, social outings, and community activities
