You'll work hand in hand with our Complex Care Manager, helping to ensure every person we support receives safe, reliable, and truly person-centred care.What your role will look likeWelcoming and supporting new team membersYou'll play a big part in helping new Support Workers settle in - from interviews and introductions to guiding them through their first days. Building relationships

with both staff and the people we support will be at the heart of what you do.Nurturing quality careYou'll help make sure our services run smoothly - from supporting with rotas to attending important meetings and regularly reviewing care plans. With a focus on mental health and complex conditions, you'll make sure that the care we deliver is always safe, responsive, and centred around each person's unique needs.Supporting and growing your teamYou'll be there to encourage, coach, and guide Support Workers - checking in regularly, celebrating successes, and spotting where extra training or support might help. By creating a positive and supportive team culture, you'll help every Support Worker feel confident, valued, and part of something bigger.This role is perfect for someone who brings both leadership skills and hands-on experience with mental health and complex care.
