Support Worker

KEYFORT Group are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Carlisle, supporting a lady in her own fully adapted home. She has a genetic condition, learning disabilities, and is non-verbal. Her care includes personal care, clinical support, and medication administration. She can experience seizures, so confidence in following care plans and maintaining a calm approach is important. She lives with her family and her much-loved dog, so being comfortable around pets is essential. She enjoys music, TV, films, and getting out into the community-but most of all, she enjoys spending time with her support team. Building a positive, engaging relationship with her is key, so we're looking for individuals who are friendly, patient, and able to bring energy and warmth to their role.
