Support Worker - Treharris - Full time - 39 hours a week plus sleep-ins - £13.45 to £13.75 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience. - Promoting independence by supporting a range of activities
- Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs.
- Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise.
