£14.45 - £15.15 plus approx. £3,000 to £6,000 sleep- in allowance pa. (£62.64 per sleep-in, working approx. 6-8 sleep ins per month) From April 1st 2026 Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required Our Children's Home in Tackley, nr Kidlington, is looking for a Residential Support Worker to join their team and be part of something special. With help from your manager and a team of passionate Support Workers you will be working alongside children and young people in residential settings who need a kind, caring and fun place to live despite the challenges they may bring. Our young people are between 8-18 years old who display emotional, behavioural difficulties. This is why we are looking for motivated, determined and resilient staff who are flexible and able to adapt to challenging situations. When you join us you will be working to a rota working 39 hours per week which will be completed as shifts including long days and sleep-ins., Qualifications and experience are always welcome but aren't necessary to join us as a Residential Support Worker.
