Support Worker

We're looking for active, fun, and outgoing Senior Support Workers to support young people in a nurturing home environment. You'll bring energy, positivity, and resilience supporting young people through challenges while helping them build confidence, skills, and brighter futures. The role has its challenges, but the reward is knowing you could make a real, lasting difference to a young person's life. What we offer:

What you need:
• Minimum 12 months' Children's Home experience
• Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification
• A caring, energetic, and flexible approach
• Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins
