Support Worker

Keys Group is looking for caring and motivated individuals to join our residential care team in Rotherham. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will support young people with emotional and behavioural needs to live happy, safe, and fulfilling lives.,

• Provide a safe and supportive home environment
• Build positive relationships with young people
• Support daily routines including meals, activities, and education
• Encourage hobbies, interests, and social activities
• Act as a positive role model
• Support young people through challenging situations
  
  No previous experience is required we provide full training and clear progression opportunities., Caring, resilient, and positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Ability to work shifts, including sleep-ins
• Full UK driving licence
