Full Job Description

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in creating a stable, nurturing environment for young people. You'll be a role model, a mentor, and above all, someone they can trust. Many of the values you developed in the armed forces, resilience, teamwork, a strong work ethic and a sense of duty are exactly what we're looking for.,

  • Provide a safe, caring, and loving home environment for children and young people
  • Be a positive role model and support young people with day-to-day living
  • Get involved in fun activities like football, PlayStation, bike rides, and baking
  • Encourage hobbies, creativity, and independence
  • Help with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning
  • Offer emotional and physical support especially during challenging moments
  • Build trust and form lasting relationships
  • Empower young people to shape their own future

  • A full UK driving licence is essential
