Full Job Description
- Provide high-quality care and support, guiding and mentoring other support workers.

A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children's Residential - Level 3 in Children and Young People
- Full UK Driving Licence
£16.25 - £16.85 per hour Plus - £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month, an additional £3,000-£6,000pa) From April 1st 2026 08:00-22:00 39 hours per week Full UK Driving Licence is required Keys Group provide innovative care and education services for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs. We're looking for full-time Children's Senior Support Worker to join our EPIC team in Buntingford for our 4 bed EBD home which looks after children between ages 13-17.
