Are you a dedicated Support Worker with your NVQ Level 3 or eager to achieve one with fully funded training ?
Role Type: 13-hour Day shifts (8am-9pm)
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.

Meet our Client:
Our client is a vibrant soul who sustained an acquired brain injury (ABI) following a choking incident. Though non-verbal, his personality beams through every smile, every tear, and every shared moment. He lives independently in his own home and is supported by a close-knit, loving family who are actively involved in his care journey.
He's a wheelchair user, has a PEG, and requires full personal care with double-handed support. Communication is beautifully uniquehe understands both Welsh and English and responds with expressive smiles or tears. If you're someone who can read between the lines and connect beyond words, you'll thrive in this role. What our client Loves:

What you will Need:
- NVQ Level 3 qualified
- Kind, patient, and emotionally intelligent
- Open to a warm meet & greet with the client and his family before starting

What to look forward to:
- Up to £14 per hour depending on NVQ level
- Regular consistent work with set rolling rotas
