Support Worker

We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Female Support Workers to support a 28-year-old woman living in the BH12 area. She enjoys:

• Going to the cinema
• Visiting local coffee shops
• Watching television
• Spending time with her family
• Attending church with her parents each week
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping her live an independent and fulfilling life, supporting her with day-to-day activities, community involvement and achieving her personal goals.


• Be caring, patient and committed to making a positive difference
• Have good communication skills and a person-centred approach
• Be flexible to work a mixture of early, late, long day and sleep-in shifts, including alternate weekends
• Hold a full UK/EU driving licence, as you will be required to drive a manual mobility vehicle
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
