Female Support WorkerPay rate: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour plus paid travel expenses 25p per mile- Weekly or Monthly pay available!Shift Pattern:08:00-20:00 / 20:00-08:00Requirement: Full UK driving licenceA meaningful role supporting someone to live life their wayWe're looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small, consistent team supporting a Gentalman who lives at home with his family in Alton.He has complex clinical needs, but what truly defines him is his personality-he's fun, active, and thrives with a clear, structured routine.He's passionate about cars and motorcycles, and if you share that interest, you'll have plenty to talk about. Because he enjoys getting out and about locally, we're looking for people who know the Alton area well. You'll also need a Full UK Driving Licence and the ability to drive a manual car.What your role will look likeAs a Support Worker, you'll be helping him live in a way that feels safe, comfortable and true to who he
is. Your support will be shaped around his preferences, routines and goals. A typical day may include:Offering consistent, high-quality 1:1 supportCreating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the communityEncouraging social interaction and supporting his emotional wellbeingCommunicating in the way that works best for himHelping with everyday household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environmentYour presence will have a real impact-every shift contributes to his independence, confidence and quality of life.What you'll bringWe're looking for people who have experience in:Complex CareBehaviours that may be perceived as challengingMental Health supportJust as important is who you are: someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and builds positive, trusting relationships.
