- Support individuals with learning disabilities in achieving their personal goals
- Facilitate participation in creative sessions and activities
- Assist with developing and maintaining independent living skills
- Encourage and promote the development of positive relationships
- Work a flexible rota, This role is subject to an appropriate level DBS and recruitment compliance checks. It is essential that the role holder has a full UK driving licence and full business insurance to use their vehicle for work.
We are looking for Part-Time and Zero hour Support Workers to join King's Lynn Community Hubs. Our service offers day service and vital support for individuals with learning disabilities. If you're proactive, compassionate, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you! No experience? No problem!
