- Support people to live independently
- Promote choice, dignity and respect
- Help individuals access their community
- Assist with daily living activities
- Build positive and trusting relationships
- Encourage people to achieve their personal goals
- Assist with complex care needs i.e., PEG feeding, Oral Suctioning.
Have a Full UK Drivers License & be happy to drive the person we supports vehicle - Have the Right to Work in the UK as we are unable to provide Visa Sponsorship
