Support Worker

As a Support Worker, your duties will include providing person-centred care and support to help clients reach personal goals, assisting with personal care and medication, attending appointments, supporting with meal planning and preparation, and ensuring access to local activities and community participation, including trips out, supporting events within services, and promoting local social opportunities.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. We are looking for individuals with skills in positive communication and engagement who can demonstrate unconditional positive regard for those we support. You must be able to follow agreed guidelines and work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos., Minimum of 2 years driving experience and a full UK driving licence is required., Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
