Full Job Description
We're looking for someone who will genuinely enjoy supporting a lively, warm-hearted individual in Norwich. They are so much more than their brain injury and poly-trauma - they're funny, sociable, and passionate about animals. Their home is shared with a small collection of beloved pets, and they volunteer at a local animal shelter, something they take huge pride in. Your role is all about enabling them to enjoy the things that make life meaningful: getting out into the community, spending time with animals, exploring hobbies, and building confidence through everyday achievements. - Home support - assisting with day-to-day tasks to maintain a comfortable, organised home.
- Relationship building - communicating in the way that works best for them, offering reassurance, encouragement, and calm presence.
- Emotional steadiness - bringing compassion and stability so they feel safe, understood, and supported., You'll be offering 1:1 support tailored entirely to their needs, preferences, and goals. This includes:
- Quality time - spending time together doing activities they genuinely enjoy.
- Community access - helping them get out and about, maintain routines, and stay socially connected.
- Home organisation - assisting with household tasks to keep their environment comfortable.

Pay rate: Monday to Friday - £13.50, Saturday - £14.50 and Sundays £15. Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday availability (8am - 11pm) with sleep in's additional Weekly or Monthly pay available! Full UK Driving Licence, own car & Business Insurance required
