About the Role: We're on the lookout for a caring, down-to-earth Support Worker to assist a sociable and independent client with muscular dystrophy both at home and out in the community. In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract as care packages can change. • 1 day shifts a week available (we do have more shifts in packages nearby to boost hours if interested)
