Our goal is to empower them to develop their full potential and enrich their lifestyle through providing a comprehensive client focused service!Please note we are recruiting Female Support Workers due to a genuine occupational requirement of the person we support therefore this role is exempt from the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9Meet our amazing client:I am a little girl looking for fun loving caring support staff to join my lovely team. I suffered a brain injury at birth. I am highly dependent, requiring full assistance with personal care and activities of daily living. I am Nil-By-Mouth and have a gastrostomy for all of my
nutrition, medication and hydration needs. I have a permanent tracheostomy, which requires regular suctioning. I also have epilepsy which is controlled.I attend specialist education, and my support workers accompany me to school, and I get out in the community with my adapted vehicle, which I love. I live with my family in a rented accommodation in Cheshire, I will move to my forever home in the near future.I will eventually live at two locations as my parents will have shared custody of me. You will be required to work from both sites. I have a 24-hour care package required at a ratio of 2:1 during the day and 1:1 wake carer at night, and I have 8 team members at the moment.What you'll be working:Waking Night, Day Shifts and Sleep night Shifts 12 hour shift 8am -8pm12-hour shifts - 8pm-8amSalary ~ Weekday £14.42 ~ Weekend £15.97
