Support Worker Mental Health Supported Living Services
Location: Woodbridge & Saxmundham
Hours: Full-time / Part-time

What You ll Be Doing
Supporting individuals with daily living activities Providing personal care where required Helping with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication support Encouraging independence and social inclusion Supporting service users to attend appointments and community activities Keeping accurate care records and reporting any concerns

A compassionate and respectful approach to care Good communication and teamwork skills Reliability and a positive attitude Willingness to undertake training, including the Care Certificate Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
