You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs. Where youll be working: Devizes and Surrounding Area We are Seeking a caring, patient and motivated Support Workers to join our Outreach Team in Wiltshire We support a number of clients in the local area who live in their own homes. You will be supporting our clients to live as independently as possible, helping them access community, build life skills, and achieve personal goals. you will work in a person centered way, promoting choice, dignity and inclusion at all times.
