Full Job Description

Our team delivers consistent, compassionate care tailored to each individual's needs. As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in helping people develop life skills, confidence, and emotional resilience. No two days are the same - but every day has the power to change someone's life. Your Role as a Support Worker You'll be part of a dedicated, hands-on team supporting individuals with a range of complex needs such as Autism, Learning disabilities, Mental health conditions, & Challenging behaviour. To help the individual live safely and independently in their own homes. Your work will make a direct and lasting impact. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting individuals with essential daily tasks such as cooking, personal care, cleaning, and budgeting
  • Encouraging independence and building confidence through meaningful activities and community access
  • Being a calm, reliable presence during difficult times, offering emotional reassurance and structure
  • Promoting routines and relationships that help people feel safe, respected, and included
  • Monitoring and recording progress, recognising and celebrating small wins every day
  • Working regular 12-hour shifts - including waking nights - to provide consistent and high-quality care

    A Full UK (manual) driving licence
  • A minimum of one year's experience working in care or support (desirable)
  • Compassion, resilience, and emotional intelligence
  • Confidence working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge
  • Basic IT skills for communication and record-keeping
  • A team-first attitude and commitment to delivering person-centred care
