Full Job Description
As a Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support, helping people feel respected, included and empowered to develop independence and achieve their personal goals. You will work closely with colleagues, families and professionals, valuing collaboration to create a safe and positive home environment., You will:
- Support people with daily living skills, activities and personal care
- Promote independence, choice and dignity
- Help individuals work towards their goals and aspirations
- Support medication, health, safety and wellbeing
- Contribute to care plans, risk assessments and mentoring new staff
You will bring experience in care or support, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help others thrive. You will communicate well, work flexibly across shifts, and share our commitment to respect, inclusion and empowerment. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
