Full Job Description
We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends (four shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), days only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Hawkstone. Hawkstone is a specialist residential service in Bradford, West Yorkshire, supporting people with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge. We encourage and enable the people we support to lead a full and happy life. We work with them to ensure they have more choice and control in their lives.
