Support Worker

We're looking for compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Weymouth. You'll be supporting a friendly gentleman in his 20s who lives with different support needs, working as part of a close-knit team within his own home. This role is all about providing calm, consistent overnight support that helps him maintain a positive sleep routine while being there for him if he wakes or needs reassurance. What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting independent living in a way that respects his choices and routines
• Providing personal care in a dignified, person-centered manner
• Administering medication safely and accurately
• Working collaboratively with his family to ensure continuity and consistency of care
• Using IT confidently, including iPads and digital recording systems
  
  Punctuality and reliability - essential for night support
• A calm, confident and reassuring presence
• Patience and emotional resilience
• A warm sense of humour, led by the preferences of the person we support
• Respect for personalised ways of working
• Ability to work well within a small, dedicated team
