Full Job Description
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key part in leading a small team and ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered at our Silver Street Respite Service.,
- Supervise and support a team of Support Workers
- Delegate tasks and guide staff to deliver high standards of care
- Follow and review individual care plans
- Support with medication administration
- Assist with daily living tasks such as shopping and personal care
- Encourage individuals to access the community and stay engaged

Do you hold a Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care and want to make a genuine difference every day? Making Space is a values-driven care organisation, and we are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team in Barnsley., This is a permanent, full-time role working 35 hours per week. You will support adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, dementia, mental health conditions and physical health needs, helping them live as independently as possible., - Holds a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
