Support Worker

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and proactive Support Workers to join our team supporting adults with learning disabilities. If you believe in empowering people to live fulfilling, independent lives, this role offers the chance to do meaningful work with purpose.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. No two days are the same, but your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting people with daily living skills
- Promoting independence, choice, and dignity
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Encouraging participation in community activities
- Supporting with communication and emotional wellbeing
- Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
- Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and your team

You will need previous experience-and the right values. We welcome people who are:

Experience in learning disabilities, autism, or challenging behaviour is an advantage Full training is provided.
