Job Introduction
- Support Worker: Wakefield Outreach
- Rate: £12.75 per hour
- Hours: Part Time (20 hrs)
- Shifts: 8am - 9pm
- Training: Full training + NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
- Required: Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Sponsorship: Not available

Our outreach support in the Wakefield area works with over 15 people living in their own homes. If you are energetic and love trying new activities and are passionate about helping people to access their community, then we want to hear from you.
We provide complete training to enable you to provide the best support you can to people living with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
