Full Job Description

We're recruiting a Support Worker for our Wigton service, where we help 5 amazing adults with learning disabilities live as independently as possible. What will you do?

  • Support individuals to enjoy their daily lives
  • Join them on trips to local cafés
  • Help them take part in their favourite activities
  • Encourage independence and confidence every day

  • Always at least 2 staff on duty during the day and evening
  • 1 staff member overnight (waking night shift)
  • A friendly, supportive team environment
  • Shift Patterns Day: 7:30am - 3:00pm Evening: 2:30pm - 10:00pm Night: 9:45pm - 7:45am Weekend work is shared fairly among the team. Why Join Us?
