We're looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our Care in the Home team, supporting a friendly, independent man living with a spinal cord injury in his own home in Tamworth.This isn't just about care it's about empowering independence, building trust, and being part of life's moments.In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team.
