Support Worker

Enable is seeking enthusiastic and proactive Support Workers to join their team in Gosport. This role is pivotal in delivering person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, including Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health issues. As a Support Worker, you will play an integral role in encouraging independence and enhancing the quality of life of the individuals in your care. The position requires female applicants only due to a Genuine Occupational Requirement, as the role involves providing personal care to women. The role offers a salary of £13.00 per hour. Candidates will be responsible for delivering meaningful care to individuals with complex support needs. A focus will be on supporting clients in living independently within their homes and community. Part of the duties include daily living activities, social involvement, and maintaining accurate records regarding changes in health. The post involves working with two female clients and requires female applicants due to personal care requirements. Sleep ins are part of the role, remunerated at £60 per night.
