Organization: Wilf Ward Family Trust
Location: York, North Yorkshire, UK


Salary: GBP 30,000 per year


Job Type: FULL_TIME

About the Role


You will provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or health conditions across different care settings. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a new service while supporting adults with a range of needs to live safe, fulfilling, and independent lives.




Shift Patterns


This role may include a mix of: Day shifts; Late shifts; Sleep-in shifts; Waking night shifts; Every other weekend working. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the service.




Key Responsibilities



  • Delivering high-quality support

  • Assisting with personal care, daily living tasks, and health needs

  • Promoting independence, choice, and dignity

  • Supporting individuals to access the community and achieve personal goals

  • Following care plans, risk assessments, and clinical guidance

  • Working collaboratively as part of a new team
