Full Job Description
Duties include,
- Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in line with care plans
- Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities
- Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care documentation
- Build trusting relationships with clients and families

- Minimum 6 months UK care experience
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Strong spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills for documentation
- Enhanced DBS required Desired criteria
- Experience with children or complex needs preferred but not essential
- Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle preferred Empowering U

Hours: Flexible Shifts - Days (8am-8pm), weekdays & weekendsPay: £12.71 - £14.29 per hour (depending on package, shifts & availability)Do you have 6 months UK based Care experience?
