Support Worker

The job opportunity at Enable is for a Support Worker position in Grantham, Lincolnshire. The role involves providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and complex needs, with the aim of enabling them to live as independently as possible within their own homes and local community., As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for encouraging the individuals you support to play active roles in their communities, supporting them with activities of daily living, communicating effectively using their chosen methods, promoting and motivating them to enhance their quality of life, providing positive behavioural support, and keeping accurate records and reporting any changes in health or circumstances to the management team. You will be working as part of a team, as well as being able to work using your own initiative.
