Support Worker

This position as a Support Worker at Enable in Market Deeping, Lincolnshire offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young individuals with complex support needs. You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to support individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs., As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for encouraging people to play active roles in their communities, supporting activities of daily living, communicating effectively, engaging and motivating the individuals, providing positive behavioural support, and keeping accurate records. You will work as part of a team, as well as using your own initiative, to deliver outstanding outcomes for the people you support.
