Support Worker

You will provide respectful, person-centred care that promotes dignity and inclusion, working collaboratively to help individuals build life skills, manage daily routines, and achieve their goals. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting with medication
• Encouraging independence through cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
• Contributing to personalised plans and risk assessments
  
  Experience in care or support is essential. The role includes working shifts on a rota, weekends and bank holidays, plus one sleep-in per week (for sleep-ins you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of 52.78).
