The role can be emotionally challenging and resilience is key BUT you could be the person to change a life for the better. It's an exciting time to join us. Keys Group believe that every child should have an adult in their lives who believes in them. We provide therapeutic care & education to children and young people with a range of needs. Children come to live with us for a variety of reasons but all of them need a caring, nurturing environment and to feel wanted. Our role is to create a safe environment mixed with fun and playing, trips to the beach, fishing, bike rides etc Our Purpose is to build lives filled with, adventure, safety and trust As well as competitive pay and in-house professional support we provide and fully fund the necessary training to achieve valuable externally accredited qualifications.
