Full Job Description

You will be part of a professional and compassionate team supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs. Working closely with relatives, carers, friends, advocates, colleagues, and other professionals, you will help deliver a consistently high-quality, safe, and person-centred service.Your role will promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing, ensuring individuals enjoy a good quality of life in an environment of respect and compassion.

  • Experience of providing care or support to an individual, either paid or unpaid.
  • An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.
  • Must have a passion, drive and commitment to improve the lives of people with a learning disability.
  • Care Certificate or willingness to complete within 12 weeks of starting role.
